Make the right choice for your career and life.

Your exam success is the main goal of our Graduate Programme.

With this in mind we have developed support structures to ensure our high pass rates are maintained including a mentoring programme, paid study leave and grinds.

With our high rate of exam success, many of our graduates progress quickly through the firm to manager and partner level.

Our varied client base of companies and individuals across a wide range of sizes and industries, together with the opportunity to work across all service lines means you get a rounded training experience. In addition, with day to day access and support from partners and senior managers you'll learn fast!

Burning the midnight oil is extremely rare in our team – have no doubt, we expect you to work hard ensuring our clients’ needs are met, but we also recognise the need for a balance between work and play. Early Friday finish during the summer months as well as gym membership contributions are just two of the benefits our team enjoy.

We are proud to have been shortlisted in five categories of the 2023 Irish Accountancy Awards, including Graduate Training Programme of the Year and Employer of the Year.

"The medium-sized structure of the firm appealed to me more. You have one-to-one discussions with your partner. You always have help with your exams."
