Our graduate training programme has been designed to ensure our graduates get the opportunity to be a key part of our firm and to be involved in the development of its strategy and culture. While we go above and beyond to ensure our graduates have the professional support available to thrive, we place significant emphasis on their wellness, providing flexibility and investing in their personal development and fulfilment.
As part of their training graduates have daily interaction with the partner and management group, a key benefit of training with a mid-tier firm. Furthermore, our graduates spend a significant portion of their time on client sites and interacting directly with clients on a daily basis.

Walsh O'Brien Harnett has been shortlisted in five categories of the 2023 Irish Accountancy Awards, including Graduate Training Programme of the Year and Employer of the Year.
"With a non-business background I had a steep learning curve when I began my training; but there was so much support from both the partners and staff that I hit the ground running." Sara Jeffers, graduate trainee
