Graduate programme
Our graduate training programme has been designed to ensure our graduates get the opportunity to be a key part of our firm and to be involved in the development of its strategy and culture. While we go above and beyond to ensure our graduates have the professional support available to thrive, we place significant emphasis on their wellness, providing flexibility and investing in their personal development and fulfilment.
Our graduate programme has been nominated for Graduate Programme of the Year in the Irish Accountancy Awards 2020.

We are a modern practice built on the foundations of almost 70 years’ experience.
Walsh O’Brien Harnett is a professional advisory firm – one of Ireland’s top 20 accountancy practices – comprising chartered accountants, registered auditors and chartered tax advisors. We recognise that our people are our greatest strength, so training and development are at the core of everything we do. Led by a young and dynamic team of five partners, we have cultivated an inclusive culture in the firm and we strive to make it a welcoming and supportive environment in which to work and grow.
